“Moving can be so stressful and the team at DJacks were absolutely amazing at eliminating any stress! Right from the beginning speaking to Melanie I knew we were in good hands. Melanie worked with us to come up with a plan to work for us, we had one truck delivered on the day and the other the following allowing us time to get our carpet installed. Come moving day the team turned up full of energy and got to work on what was a big move, I was surprised at how quickly they were able to pack the truck, and even more so that everything was handled with such care. Items were shrink wrapped and padding was used reassuring us that our items would arrive safely. When the trucks were unloaded the team again were full of energy and took great care with all our items and worked with us to make sure the boxes were in the right rooms making it easier for us. The team in themselves are BRILLIANT! So polite, friendly and work with you which is so important at such a high pressure time. We did have one item damaged in the move, which in all fairness was great (and if we would have done it ourselves would have had many more) considering how many items were moved and that some of our items were delicate, I contacted Melanie and she was on it! She replaced the item without hesitation. I honestly cannot recommend the team at DJacks higher, honestly the best decision we made in the moving process. If you’re moving do yourself a favour and book DJacks, you won’t regret it!!!”

The men were hilarious to interact with, but they stayed focused and on task to complete the house move quickly.
I thought the quote was reasonable, but then when comparing to other quotes (so many had hidden fees they didnt mention during the initial quote) they dont charge the extra things (tolls, fuel charges, office to location fees) so they ended up being way cheaper!
I would give a million stars if I could. These guys will be the only removalists I'll ever use or recommend from now on.
